Yarragadee is located 100 km southeast of Geraldton, Western Australia. Since 2010, all four space geodetic systems are operationally co-located at Yarragadee. The site includes several GNSS receivers, a NASA SLR system, a DORIS beacon, and an AUScope 12m VLBI telescope. A Space Shuttle Air to Ground VHF terminal operated from 1982-1989.

The NASA MOBLAS-5 system has been operational at Yarragadee since October, 1979. The site has nearly perfect weather for SLR and is currently operated by seven Geoscience Australia staff on a 24x7 basis. MOBLAS-5 is part of the WPLTN and NASA networks.
